The Good Cow Company Halloumi has a very appealing flavor that's unlike any other cheese: mellow, but not in the least boring, mildly feta-like, notably tangy, and never too strong. It can be enjoyed almost any of the ways you'd eat other cheeses: sliced, for a simple snack, cubed in salads or melted it in or on casseroles.
This wonderful Mediterranean fresh cheese is one of the few or perhaps the only cheese that can give competition to our Paneer Tikka when put on a non-stick pan or over a barbeque grill. Once golden brown or even a bit charred it has an aroma that cannot be beaten and a salty finish that will have you reaching for the next piece.
